The Profile Tab is a centralized hub in the Sparc that provides a comprehensive overview of your registered details with Tradejini. It allows users to access and manage personal information, contact details, demat account information, bank account details, nominee information, and broker-related data. Sensitive details are partially masked for security, ensuring privacy while maintaining transparency. Users can update their registered address, bank account details, and nominee information through streamlined processes, which require document submission and verification for compliance. By offering a clear view of your account details and facilitating seamless modifications, the Profile Tab ensures your information remains accurate, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements.


Profile

The Profile Tab provides a comprehensive summary of your registered details with Tradejini. This section allows users to view personal information, contact details, demat account details, bank account details, nominee details, and broker-related information. It also facilitates modifications to registered address and bank account details.

Personal Profile

  • Name: Displays the account holder's registered name.
  • Address: Shows the current registered address.
  • Date of Birth: Displays the date of birth as per KYC records.
  • Father/Spouse’s Name: Listed as per KYC records.
  • PAN Number: Partially masked for security.
  • Aadhaar Number: Partially masked for security.

Contact Details

  • Residence and Office Address: Displays available address details.
  • Mobile Number: Partially masked for security.
  • Email ID: Partially masked for privacy.

Demat account Details (All client demat account will be opened in CDSL depository only)

  • DP Name: Tradejini Financial Services Private Limited.
  • DP Account Number: Displays the demat account number.
  • First Holder: The primary account holder’s name.
  • Second & Third Holder: If applicable, displays co-holders’ names.

Bank Account Details

  • Lists registered bank accounts associated with the trading account.
  • Displays:
  • Bank Name
  • Bank Account Number (partially masked for security)
  • Branch Address

Nominee Details

  • Displays:
  • Nominee Name
  • Nominee Address
  • Relationship with Account Holder
  • Date of Birth (if applicable)
  • If a nominee is not registered, users may update details via the provided process.

Account Closure: Users can request account closure through the provided link.

Score and Broker Details

  • Clearing Member Information: Displays membership details with stock exchanges (NSE, BSE, MSEI, MCX).
  • SCORES Portal Information:
  • Allows users to file complaints with SEBI.
  • Lists required details: Name, PAN, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID.
  • Benefits:
    • Effective communication.
    • Speedy redressal of grievances.

Additional Notes

  • All details are sourced from the user's KYC records.
  • Sensitive details are partially masked for security.
  • Changes to profile details require verification and document submission.

The Profile Tab ensures that users have a clear view of their registered information while allowing seamless modifications as needed.


Change TPIN / Password

The Change TPIN / Password section allows users to modify their login credentials and trading PIN (TPIN) to enhance security. This feature ensures that users can keep their credentials updated and prevent unauthorized access to their Tradejini account.

How to Change Your Password

  1. Select Change Password from the available options.
  2. Enter your current password in the designated field.
  3. Input your new password and re-enter it in the Confirm Password field.
  4. Click on Submit to complete the process.

How to Change Your TPIN

  1. Select Change TPIN from the available options.
  2. Enter your current TPIN in the given field.
  3. Input your new TPIN and re-enter it in the Confirm TPIN field.
  4. Click Submit to update your TPIN.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure that the new password or TPIN follows the security guidelines for enhanced protection.
  • The TPIN is essential for executing trades and must be kept confidential.
  • If you forget your password or TPIN, use the password reset option or contact customer support for assistance.
